Familiarity with assisting individuals with daily living skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to approach caregiving with empathy and compassion. Understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by those in our care.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks related to caregiving, including lifting, assisting with mobility, and other essential duties.
- Reliability and Punctuality: Dependable and punctual attendance to ensure continuity of care for our clients. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Criminal Background Check: Successful completion of a comprehensive background check. No history of criminal offenses that may affect eligibility for caregiving roles.
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation: Possession of a valid driver’s license. Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from client locations.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Willingness to participate in training programs to enhance caregiving skills.
